Experienced Procurement Manager Needed

Maxxit Systems Inc. invites an experienced Procurement Manager to drive strategic sourcing and supplier relations in Toronto's metal fabrication industry. This is a full-time leadership role. In this pivotal role, you'll manage all aspects of procurement to secure the best materials and subcontracted services while upholding quality standards. Successful candidates will have a strong background in procurement leadership, strategic sourcing capabilities, and deep knowledge of manufacturing processes. You will work closely with executive teams to align procurement with financial strategies to ensure operational success. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute fully developed procurement strategies
- Manage supplier evaluations and negotiations
- Oversee contracting and purchasing processes
- Collaborate with teams to ensure aligns with schedules
- Drive procurement innovation and efficiency initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
- 10–15 years progressing in procurement roles
- 5–7 years in manufacturing sector leadership
- Proven expertise in supplier negotiations
- Knowledge of ERP systems and analytical tools
