Join Priceline Partner Solutions as a Senior Manager of Technical Partner Solutions, focusing on enhancing strategic API relationships. This hybrid role balances technical expertise with partnership management to ensure thriving collaborations.
In this senior role, you will be accountable for managing end-to-end technical relationships with API partners. Responsibilities include troubleshooting integrations, monitoring performance metrics for continuous improvement, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to process optimizations and create documentation for best practices that elevate partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the technical relationship with strategic API partners
• Act as the primary contact for API questions and support
• Monitor metrics and improve API performance proactively
• Liaise with Product and Engineering for partnership needs
• Maintain documentation for onboarding and performance benchmarks
Requirements:
• Strong technical foundation in APIs and JSON troubleshooting
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
• Self-proactive, with the ability to foresee challenges
• Experience with leadership and team development initiatives
• Strategic thinking to shape future partnership directions
