- Assigner des sièges aux passagers à l'aide de systèmes de réservation informatisés
- Vérifier les bagages des passagers pour déterminer ceux qui sont trop gros ou trop lourds afin de s'assurer que les normes de voyage sont respectées
- Préparer les cartes d'embarquement pour les passagers
- Calculer le poids du chargement dans les soutes des aéronefs
- Retrouver les bagages et/ou les frets manquants
- Aider les clients/invités ayant des besoins spéciaux
- Contrôler les cartes d'embarquement et aider les passagers lors de l'embarquement prioritaire
- Émettre les billets et les reçus
- Fournir le service à la clientèle
- Travailler en quasi-autonomie
- Cote de sécurité dans les aéroports
- Validation du permis de conduire
- Jusqu'à 23 kg (50 lb)
