Senior Software Engineer for Identity at Dropbox

Lead the evolution of Dropbox’s Identity platform as a Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer. Drive architectural changes and collaborate with teams to ensure successful implementation within a Virtual First environment. At Dropbox, this role focuses on re-architecting Identity systems to support a multi-product strategy. You will be integral in designing large scale distributed systems and implementing data migrations. Your collaboration with product engineering teams will be vital to making the platform robust and scalable. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to understand needs

• Mentor junior engineers and support team success
• Maintain software excellence through strategic alignment
• Participate in on-call rotations to support systems

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Expertise in high QPS production services
• Experience leading major distributed systems
• Familiarity with Python or GoLang is preferred
