Remote Urgent Care SEO Manager

Lead urgent care SEO remotely for Blacksmith Agency, owning technical roadmaps and content priorities across Canada, South Africa, or the USA.
As SEO Manager, Urgent Care, you own search for urgent care groups operating many sites. You make strategic calls across technical SEO, keyword strategy, and AI search visibility. The position focuses exclusively on search, while paid media has a separate strategist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical roadmaps for urgent care client websites
- Manage crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
- Set keyword, on-page, and content priorities
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Report through GA4 and Search Console quarterly
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and implementing fixes independently
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience serving several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
