Responsibilities
- Concevoir l’architecture cloud et la solution logicielle avec les architectes préventes en évaluant les impacts sur les coûts.
- Estimer les dépenses d’infrastructure cloud et produire des estimations globales de projets.
- Accompagner les architectes préventes en rencontres clients pour présenter et vulgariser les concepts techniques.
- Guider les Tech Leads dans les choix technologiques et maintenir la cohérence des déploiements.
- Fournir du soutien technique ponctuel, analyser les besoins et améliorer les systèmes existants.
- Identifier les compétences et les occasions de développement des Tech Leads.
- Assurer une veille technologique et intégrer proactivement l’AI dans le travail quotidien.
Requirements
- Expérience confirmée comme Tech Lead au sein d’une équipe de développement.
- Solide expérience en architecture cloud, DevOps et architecture logicielle.
- BAC en informatique, en génie logiciel ou dans un domaine pertinent.
- Maîtrise de la majorité des technologies utilisées par les équipes, notamment JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, React, React Native, .NET Core, .NET, Node.js, Python, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Sentry, Datadog, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Azure, AWS et GCP.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions techniques et stratégiques, à communiquer clairement et à vulgariser des concepts pour différents publics.
- Aptitude à cerner rapidement les situations complexes, à travailler dans l’ambiguïté et à faire preuve de rigueur et d’organisation.
