Marketing Finance Business Partner

Shape marketing investment decisions from Yoplait Liberté’s downtown Montreal office through financial analysis and a hybrid work model.
As Finance Business Partner, you will support Marketing and commercial performance. The work combines business cases, profit and loss models, forecasting, reporting, and strategic recommendations. You will support profitable growth through strong financial stewardship and cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate innovation projects and build robust financial business cases
- Develop profit and loss models for new product launches
- Track innovation pipelines, forecasts, and stage-gate governance
- Advise Marketing on investment decisions and brand growth
- Deliver dashboards, reporting, and performance analyses
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
- Minimum five years of relevant finance experience
- Two to four years partnering with business teams
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools proficiency
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
