Logistics Manager Fleet Operations

Lead fleet operations in Port Coquitlam with Lordco Auto Parts, coordinating routes, drivers, maintenance, and delivery performance across Western Canada.As Logistics Manager, you will find cost-effective ways to distribute goods between Lordco locations. The work covers heavy-duty trucks, trailers, drivers, route planning, freight costs, and service levels. You will also support satellite distribution centres and report to the Director of Supply Chain.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate truck and trailer maintenance, inspections, tires, and chainsSet routes, track times, and manage delivery disruptionsMonitor freight costs, rates, and cost per kilometreReport miss ships, damages, and late shipmentsManage hiring, training, coaching, evaluations, and coverageRequirements:
Basic Microsoft computer application skillsSolid math skills and high attention to detailUnderstanding of SDS, WHMIS, TDG, and safety regulationsAbility to organize, multitask, and solve problemsStrategic thinking and team visionApply logistics leadership, fleet coordination, route planning, and safety knowledge to support Lordco Auto Parts deliveries.
