Key responsibilities include acting as a process development lead, applying Quality by Design principles, and collaborating across departments to optimize manufacturing processes through effective technology transfers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and optimization of GMP cell culture media
• Design and execute QbD-compliant characterization studies
• Oversee technology transfer with accurate documentation
• Resolve non-conformance issues through investigations
• Support process improvements and quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in scientific field
• Minimum five years in relevant industry experience
• Advanced knowledge of QbD and best practices
