We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team at Savio Volpe. If you're passionate about Italian cuisine, hospitality, and have a strong background in managing both front and back-of-house operations, we would love to hear from you! WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams, providing ongoing support and feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders in coordination with the culinary team
- Handle financial reporting, including cost control, labor management, and budget tracking
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and clear communication across all departments
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality guest experiences
- Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure menu and wine offerings meet our high standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management, with experience in high-volume settings
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing a successful team
- WSET II or equivalent wine knowledge is an asset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team with positivity and efficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality
- TIPS academy certification is an asset
- $55,000 - $70,000 yearly + gratuities
