POSITION SUMMARY

This is a front-line position answering directly to the Parts Manager. The Parts Professional works with external and internal customers to select the parts required to successfully fulfill the customer's needs. All dealings with customers are done with respect and integrity with a firm understanding of building and maintaining long-term learning relationships. This position expects you to always provide exceptional customer service through active listening and sound parts knowledge.

This is a permanent full time position that may include afternoon, evening, and Saturday shifts as well as after-hours phone call outs.

Responsibilities: -

• Perform demand planning and inventory management for parts and supplies .
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of parts.
• Utilize forklift to move and organize parts within the warehouse .
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed using appropriate tools and equipment .
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and usage in a computerized dealer management system (DMS) .
• Collaborate with technicians, customers, and other staff to identify and fulfill parts needs for repairs and maintenance .
• Conduct regular inspections of parts to ensure quality and functionality .
• Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the parts storage area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $62,400.00-$72,800.00 per year
