• Flexible availability on weekdays and at least one weekend day.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career with IKEA.
• Motivated, growth-oriented individual with a desire to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to support the Living Room team and provide coverage for the Builder role during vacations and absences.
• Demonstrated potential to grow into larger opportunities within the business.
