We are currently looking for  BARTENDERS to join our dynamic team at GLOWBAL RESTAURANT located in Vancouver’s landmark, TELUS Garden, this is where stripped down North American cuisine lives and breathes, taking ingredients from across the continent.

Candidates should not only be able to craft perfect cocktails, but will also provide outstanding service in our big bar section and be a helpful member to our dynamic Bar Team. MAIN DUTIES: 

· Prepare beverages, accurately to recipe specs, and mix and match ingredients in innovative ways

· Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services

· Be responsive and helpful about off-menu items such as classic cocktails and expand personal knowledge in this area as much as possible

· Accurately ring in orders, adding modifiers where needed

· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience and repeat customers 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· 3+ years minimum experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment

· Smart Save certified and understanding of responsible alcohol service

· Excellent wine and cocktail knowledge

· Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks; keen desire to expand knowledge and keep on trends

· Possess strong communication skills and a genuine personality

· A positive, energetic outlook with a passion for hospitality

· Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

· Highly organized with acute attention to detail

· Ability to carry and lift up to 25-40lb ·
