Job Summary  
Reporting directly to the CEO, The Director of AI Consulting Delivery is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the quality, consistency, and growth of ProCogia's AI and data consulting delivery practice. Reporting to the CEO, this person sets the standard for how ProCogia delivers. leading Delivery Managers, owning key client relationships at the executive level, and shaping ProCogia's AI service strategy. This is a player-coach role: the Director remains close to delivery, stepping in on high-complexity or high-stakes engagements while ensuring their team operates at a consistently high level across all accounts.  

Key Responsibilities  

Delivery Leadership  

• Oversee end-to-end delivery quality across all AI and data consulting engagements, ensuring consistent standards, outcomes, and client satisfaction  

• Act as a player-coach, contributing directly to complex or strategic engagements while providing direction and oversight to Delivery Managers  

• Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices across the practice  

• Identify and resolve delivery risks, escalations, and resourcing challenges across the portfolio  
   

Client & Executive Engagement  

• Serve as a senior point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining trusted relationships with executive stakeholders  

• Lead strategic conversations with clients on AI roadmaps, data maturity, and long-term consulting partnerships  

• Support pre-sales and proposal development, contributing delivery expertise and solution design for complex opportunities  

• Represent ProCogia's delivery capabilities externally, reinforcing confidence in the company's ability to execute  
   

Strategy & Practice Development  

• Partner with the CEO to shape ProCogia's AI consulting strategy, service offerings, and go-to-market positioning  

• Identify emerging trends in AI and data to inform how ProCogia evolves its capabilities and delivery approach  

• Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, and market-facing content that supports ProCogia's growth  

• Define and drive internal initiatives that improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and quality across the practice  
   

People Leadership  

• Directly manage Delivery Managers, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support  

• Foster a high-performance, growth-mindset culture across the delivery team  

• Support hiring and onboarding for the delivery practice, contributing to role definition and candidate assessment  

• Build individual development plans that deepen both technical and consulting leadership capabilities across the team  

Qualifications  

• 10+ years of experience in data, AI, or technology consulting, with a strong track record of leading complex delivery engagements  

• Demonstrated experience managing and developing consulting teams, including direct management of senior practitioners  

• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in a consulting environment  

• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science delivery — able to engage credibly on technical decisions without necessarily being a hands-on practitioner  

• Experience contributing to business strategy, service design, or go-to-market initiatives at a senior level  

• Strong consulting toolkit: structured problem solving, executive communication, workshop facilitation, and storytelling with data  

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through change in a high-growth environment  

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is an asset
