Fundraiser

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support clients mission. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to build relationships with donors and sponsors. The Fundraiser will work closely with various departments to ensure fundraising goals are met. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, thrives in social environments, and is passionate about making a positive impact.

Duties

• Represent our organization in a positive and professional manner in public spaces.
• Engage with potential donors in meaningful conversations to build support and inspire regular giving.
• Work as part of a dynamic team to achieve daily and weekly fundraising targets.
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay informed about campaign goals and messaging.
• Share stories, experiences, and information that connect donors to the mission they’re supporting.
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors through effective communication and engagement strategies.
• Monitor fundraising progress and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all fundraising activities and donor interactions.

Requirements

• • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in using databases for donor management and reporting purposes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous customer service, sales, or fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
