Customer Service Agent for Accounting software implementation

Job Opening — Operations Management and ERP/DMS Software Trainer

V2V Technologies develops management software used by more than 48,000 users in 41 countries. Through GEM-CAR and the GEM suite, we help repair shops, dealerships, and service businesses manage their daily operations.

In this role, you will help clients implement and use our management software, including GEM-CAR and other solutions in the GEM suite. You will work with owners, managers, and employees to turn their day-to-day processes into effective workflows within the software.

Responsibilities

• Assess each client’s operations and develop a training plan tailored to their needs.
• Configure workflows in collaboration with the implementation team.
• Train users online and on site on appointments, estimates, work orders, inventory, purchasing, invoicing, and management reports.
• Support clients during launch and follow up after the system goes live.
• Create and improve training guides, exercises, and other learning materials.
• Share client needs with the support and development teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, software implementation, or operations management.
• A good understanding of the processes used by repair shops, dealerships, or service businesses.
• The ability to explain software clearly to people with different levels of technical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and a commitment to customer service.
• Fluency in French; English is a strong asset.
• Availability to travel to client locations, depending on the project.

Experience with ERP, DMS, or shop management software is especially valuable.

• You have relevant customer service experience in a call centre.
• You have studied/worked in the automobile industry: e.g. technical advisor.

You have studied/worked in accounting.
You have a D.E.C. or equivalent, you are a quick learner and can quickly transmit information.
You are proficient in the Windows environment.
