Restaurant Assistant Manager 1st Choice Convenience Store Location 478 Main Street Steinbach, MB Salary 31.40 hourly / 35 hours per week Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education College/CEGEP Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Staff accommodation provided Responsibilities: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits Evaluate daily operations Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Conduct performance reviews Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities Address customers' complaints or concerns Manage events Supervision More than 20 people Until: 2026-10-24
