Director Customer Expansion Marketing

Drive customer expansion at SOCi.Ai through account-based marketing, AI-enabled workflows, and data-driven campaigns supporting distributed brands. This leadership role manages two Demand Generation Managers and a Marketing Coordinator.The Director, Customer & Partner Marketing owns programs for cross-sell, upsell, account growth, retention, and partner-sourced pipeline. You will serve multi-location brands, franchise organizations, and property businesses while collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product Marketing. Revenue accountability and operational efficiency remain central.Key Responsibilities:
Develop customer marketing strategies generating expansion pipeline and retention supportBuild account-based campaigns for complex customer buying groupsLead lifecycle campaigns, nurture programs, webinars, events, and communicationsCreate co-marketing programs with agencies, technology providers, and resellersAnalyze performance data and optimize investments, workflows, and campaignsRequirements:
8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience5+ years in customer, expansion, or partner marketing3+ years managing and developing high-performing teamsExperience with Marketo, Salesforce, automation, and AI-enabled workflowsProven pipeline and revenue results from cross-sell and upsell programsLead SOCi.Ai customer expansion marketing with account-based strategy, AI-enabled execution, partner collaboration, and measurable revenue accountability.
