With at least six years of progressive HR experience, you'll help shape organizational growth through effective leadership in HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and advise on HR strategy and initiatives
- Cultivate cooperative relationships with senior executives
- Oversee change management processes across the organization
- Lead HR projects that support key business outcomes
- Analyze HR metrics to guide organizational decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Six years of HR experience; minimum two in organizational development
- Ideally possess CHRP or coaching certifications
- Proven project management abilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
