IT Technical Support Analyst

Position Overview
McAsphalt Industries is seeking an IT Technical Support Analyst to support the day-to-day IT operations of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in IT and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be evaluated after 3 months, with the potential for continued employment based on performance.
Contract Duration : Full-Time Contract (12 Months)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for daily IT operations
• Assist with computer hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Support networking, mobile devices, and telephony systems (wired and wireless)
• Manage and respond to IT tickets (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Support users across Windows, macOS, iOS (iPhone), and Android devices
• Assist with Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive data management
• Provide basic support for Microsoft Teams and Cisco phone/call systems
• Perform user onboarding, setup, and training
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and research solutions to technical issues
• Participate in occasional travel to support remote sites
Qualifications & Skills
• Basic understanding of:
o Computer networking
o Hardware setup, deployment, and configuration
o Mobile and wired telephony systems
• Familiarity with:
o Windows and macOS operating systems
o iPhone and Android mobile devices
o Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and OneDrive
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Cisco phone systems is considered an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and independently research technical solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Flexibility and willingness to participate in work-related projects and assignments
