Job Responsibility:
H.R. Owen, the UK's leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Head of Finance to work with the Accounts department. The right candidate will will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, guiding its financial strategy, planning, and maintaining its financial stability.
You will collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
The type of person we are looking for
- You will have a minimum of five years experience in a similar role, and within the motor trade.
- You will have outstanding interpersonal skills. You will communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company. Providing firm financial support and insights with recommendations to enable to make critical business decisions
- You will be able to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
- Reviewing all formal finance policies and procedures.
- Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
