Technical Writer with Meridian in Toronto

Enhance organizational efficiency as a Technical Writer at Meridian. Support documentation needs through expert writing, collaboration, and technical communication. As part of the Enterprise Process Improvements team, you will be instrumental in producing user-friendly documentation for all business units. This role requires expertise in authoring tools, including Adobe FrameMaker and RoboHelp, along with strong communication skills to gather information from subject matter experts. Facilitating culture transformation through documentation, your work will support company goals while engaging directly with team members. Key Responsibilities:
• Write and update documentation for various Meridian departments
• Leverage Adobe tools for form creation and updates
• Maintain documentation standards and uphold style guides
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective information distribution
• Manage assigned tickets meeting service level agreements Requirements:
• 3+ years’ technical writing experience
• Proficiency with RoboHelp, InDesign, and FrameMaker
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of risk and controls related to documentation Utilize your technical writing skills to create impactful documentation that supports Meridian's mission.
