We are seeking someone with strong electrical knowledge who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality control systems. ------------------------------- What You'll Do * Assemble and wire industrial electrical control panels following schematics and engineering drawings
* Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
* Test and troubleshoot panels to ensure proper functionality
* Perform quality inspections to ensure panels meet company and client standards
* Work closely with the engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following company safety procedures ------------------------------- What We're Looking For * 7+ years of experience assembling or wiring electrical control panels
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and wiring diagrams
* Ability to troubleshoot and identify wiring or component issues
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments is an asset ------------------------------- Compensation & Benefits * Starting wage: $28-$32/hour (based on experience)
* Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
