Senior Growth Analytics Analyst

Drive growth analytics at Waymo through advanced SQL and Python automation in a hybrid schedule supporting informed marketing decisions.As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will define metrics for activation, promo redemption, and loyalty. You will partner with data engineering, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science. Your analysis will support scaling the Waymo Driver.Key Responsibilities:
Define canonical growth metrics and reliable instrumentation standardsBuild full-funnel tracking from paid impressions through retentionOwn paid media taxonomy and channel tagging standardsDeliver channel performance reporting for budget decisionsIdentify instrumentation gaps and deep dive into performanceRequirements:
Five or more years in a related technical fieldAdvanced SQL and scripting experience, including PythonExperience implementing data validation and quality processesStrong technical communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelinesUse advanced SQL, Python automation, and data quality expertise to shape Waymo growth measurement and business intelligence.
