Lead Platform Engineer for Azure & Databricks

• Design end-to-end Azure identity and access governance
• Standardize observability practices using Azure Monitor
• Lead incident reviews and optimize MTTR
• Establish secure secret-management patterns

Requirements:

• 10 years of IT experience in regulated enterprises
• 7+ years in Azure with deep networking and security skills
• 5+ years working with Databricks
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience in CI/CD and GitOps practices
