Josh looking for a babysitter or nanny in Nanaimo

We are a family of 4 with two dogs and a cat, living in a house near Westwood Lake. Our primary care need right now is someone that can do occasional (a few times a week) after school pickups/care for ~1-2 hours between 3-5pm on weekdays. The kids school is ~5 min drive from our house. There may also be opportunities for weekend babysitting on occasion. Josephine is 5 and mostly independent by now, requiring some prompting and reminders for routine tasks but generally helpful and communicates well! Archer is 2 and is an active toddler rapidly gaining independence. He walks well, communicates with 1-2 words at a time, and understands most of what you tell him. He isn't potty trained yet. Neither kid has significant health concerns, behavioral issues, or allergies to worry about. They're generally easy and fun to be with. Our dogs are friendly with people and will require little to no attention! The cat is a "roommate" who comes and goes as she pleases and takes care of herself.
