We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hotel located in a welcoming Northern BC community. This is a great opportunity

Responsibilities
● Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
● Manage front desk, housekeeping, and guest services staff
● Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
● Handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest concerns
● Coordinate staffing schedules and daily operations
● Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
● Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
● Assist with budgeting, reporting, and operational planning
● Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards

What We’re Looking For
● Previous hotel or hospitality management experience required
● Strong leadership and organizational skills
● Excellent communication and customer service abilities
● Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
● Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
● Comfortable living and working in a small-town environment
