Regional Associate Inside Sales Toronto

Build NBI investment-solution demand from Toronto through prospecting, financial-market knowledge, and phone-based client communication. Support the CIRO channel with proactive sales activity.
As a Regional Associate in Inside Sales, you will identify and qualify Investment Advisors and Financial Planners. You will increase awareness of NBI solutions through calls, emails, digital interactions, and marketing campaigns. High-potential prospects advance through the segmentation ladder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make proactive sales calls according to activity targets
- Qualify and graduate prospects to meet sales objectives
- Create, execute, and evaluate ongoing sales campaigns
- Deliver high-quality service to supporters and prospects
- Share ideas with sales associates and managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- IFC or CSC completion, or completion within six months
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment solutions
- Strong listening, communication, and prospecting abilities
