Introducing CLV Group – New Graduate Real Estate Foundations Program
Are you a recent graduate ready to begin your career in real estate with purpose and ambition? At CLV, we believe exceptional careers start with meaningful, hands on experience and a strong foundation built on understanding the business from the ground up.
CLV’s New Graduate Real Estate Foundations Program is designed to give you real responsibility, real exposure, and real growth. This is more than a first job. It is the launchpad for a long term career with a respected and growing real estate organization.

You will learn from experienced industry professionals while building the skills and confidence that will shape your future at CLV.
Your First Chapter: Real Estate in Action
Your career begins with our Leasing team, where you will develop a strong understanding of the resident journey, market behaviour, and the operational drivers of performance. This hands on experience forms the foundation for everything that follows.
As a Leasing Agent, you will
• Respond to leasing inquiries across phone, email, web, and in person channels with professionalism and urgency
• Build meaningful rapport with prospective residents, understand their needs, and recommend options from CLV’s diverse portfolio
• Conduct engaging in person and virtual tours that reflect strong product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm
• Guide future residents through the full leasing process, from first interaction to move in
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and property management systems while collaborating closely with Operations and Leasing Coordinators
Beyond leasing, you will build true market intelligence. You will study our communities, competitors, and resident trends to understand what drives demand and differentiates CLV in the Canadian market. You will see how pricing, positioning, and service influence performance, and how local insights inform broader organizational strategy.
For graduates in Finance, Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related disciplines, this experience offers direct exposure to the financial and operational heartbeat of real estate. You will connect front line activity to better understand revenue performance, forecasting, and long term investment planning. You will also strengthen your broader business capabilities by:
• Partnering with Marketing to ensure listings and promotional materials remain current and aligned with our brand
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to provide timely insights
• Supporting leasing performance reporting and data analysis
• Gaining exposure to the legal and regulatory framework that governs residential leasing in Canada
This is an immersive learning experience that builds commercial awareness, analytical capability, and professional confidence.
Your Next Chapters: Growth and Opportunity

• Property Management and Operations
• Finance and Real Estate Strategy
• Accounting and portfolio performance analysis
