Shape the financial strategy at Forma.ai as a Director of Strategic Finance. Leverage your skills in FP&A and AI automation to drive operational excellence and company growth. We seek an experienced Director of Strategic Finance who will support our VP of Finance and collaborate with our Controller. You will own strategic financial initiatives, execute M&A transactions, and implement advanced AI workflows. This role emphasizes hands-on involvement in corporate modeling and financial engineering to support overall business strategy and growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Build dynamic financial models from scratch
- Lead corporate planning and budgeting processes
- Spearhead executive presentations for stakeholders
- Automate workflows using AI and data tools
- Collaborate on deal structuring and financial transactions
- 7-10+ years in Strategic Finance or FP&A
- Mastery in complex revenue and operational modeling
- Experience with AI/LLM tools and finance tech stack
- Proven track record in deal desk operations
- Autonomous builder comfortable with ambiguity
