Auto Master – Belleville, Ontario
Full-Time, Permanent | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
$25–$35/hour, based on experience and qualifications. Possible performance bonuses.
Auto Master is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Belleville.
We are an established independent repair shop looking for a reliable, capable technician who takes pride in doing quality work and is interested in a long-term position.
We are primarily looking for a licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician , but we will also consider a strong 3rd- or 4th-year apprentice with solid hands-on experience.
What We Offer
- $25–$35/hour, depending on experience, licensing and ability. We are also open to discussing performance bonuses.
- Straight hourly pay
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- No weekends
- Consistent year-round work
- Established local shop
- Variety of repair and diagnostic work

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Brake, steering and suspension repairs
- General maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Vehicle inspections and safety-related repairs
- Air conditioning and cooling system work
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle problems
- Communicate repair findings clearly with the service manager
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
What We're Looking For
- 310S Automotive Service Technician licence preferred
- Strong 3rd-year or 4th-year apprentices will also be considered
- Good diagnostic and mechanical ability
- Able to complete repairs efficiently and correctly
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good attitude and ability to work as part of a small team
- Valid driver's licence
- Own basic automotive technician tools
