À propos du posteNous recherchons un OCM Lead expérimenté pour piloter la gestion du changement organisationnel dans le cadre d’un programme majeur de transformation ERP vers SAP S/4HANA .
À ce titre, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition et l’exécution de la stratégie de changement, en assurant l’alignement entre les dimensions humaines, technologiques et opérationnelles du programme. Vous contribuerez directement à la préparation organisationnelle, à l’adoption des nouvelles solutions et à la réussite du passage en production.
Ce rôle offre une occasion unique d’influencer durablement les processus d’affaires, la culture organisationnelle et l’appropriation des nouvelles technologies au sein d’un environnement complexe et matriciel.
Exigences et compétences techniquesBaccalauréat en administration, développement organisationnel, ressources humaines ou domaine connexe
(maîtrise considérée comme un atout)Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en gestion du changement organisationnel
Expérience significative dans des implémentations ERP de grande envergure , idéalement SAP S/4HANA
Solide expérience dans la conduite d’initiatives de changement au sein d’organisations complexes et matricielles
Excellente maîtrise des méthodologies, outils et meilleures pratiques en gestion du changement
(ex. : ADKAR, Prosci)Capacité démontrée à mesurer, analyser et communiquer l’efficacité des initiatives de changement
Certification Prosci ou équivalent
Diplôme universitaire requis
Définir et déployer une stratégie globale de gestion du changement alignée sur les objectifs du programme S/4HANA
Assurer la préparation organisationnelle et la capacité d’adoption avant le déploiement et le go-live
Livrer des plans intégrés de communication, de formation et de gestion de la résistance
Fournir des indicateurs clairs sur l’avancement, l’adoption et l’efficacité des initiatives OCM
Garantir une coordination cohérente entre OCM, communications, formation et préparation des affaires
Développer et exécuter la stratégie complète de gestion du changement pour le programme SAP S/4HANA
Diriger les activités de mobilisation des parties prenantes : analyses d’impacts, communications et mécanismes de rétroaction
Concevoir et diffuser des plans de communication ciblés afin d’informer les parties prenantes de l’évolution du programme, des changements et des bénéfices attendus
Superviser les initiatives de formation afin d’assurer que les utilisateurs finaux disposent des compétences nécessaires
Gérer la résistance au changement et favoriser l’adoption par des interventions adaptées et des mécanismes de soutien
Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires de projet, les leaders d’affaires et les équipes TI afin d’intégrer les activités OCM au plan global du programme
Assurer le suivi, la reddition de comptes et l’amélioration continue des activités de gestion du changement
Animer des ateliers, séances d’information et activités d’engagement pour renforcer la culture de préparation au changement
Expérience confirmée dans des projets SAP S/4HANA
Certification additionnelle en gestion du changement (Prosci, ACMP)
Expérience en environnements globaux ou multi-sites
Expérience ou certification en gestion de projets
Forte capacité d’influence auprès de parties prenantes de niveau exécutif
