They are currently seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join their growing team and manage an assigned territory across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Quebec .

With a strong background and passion for commercial building materials , you will be responsible for maximizing sales within your territory, developing new opportunities, strengthening dealer partnerships, and delivering exceptional support to customers.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role offers the opportunity to represent a respected brand, work with a high-quality product portfolio, and make a direct impact on continued growth within your market.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify the needs of new and existing customers while maintaining product demand with retail partners and dealers
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, account management, and business development activities
  
• Prepare quotes and estimates while working closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently
  
• Stay current on product offerings, technical information, industry trends, and upcoming product lines
  
• Provide customers with shipment updates and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  
• Manage store displays and merchandising initiatives, including planograms and physical setup of product displays
  
• Develop a strong understanding of market trends, territory opportunities, and competitive landscape
  
• Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies, documentation, and customer support initiatives
  
• Identify creative ways to improve customer service and increase sales opportunities
  
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
  
• Share product knowledge, sales strategies, and market insights with team members
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience within the building materials industry
  
• Strong knowledge of building products, construction trades, and dealer/distributor networks
  
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset
  
• Strong relationship management and account development skills
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome challenges and objections
  
• Ability to lift heavy boxes/objects up to 50 lbs when completing store displays
  
• Must be comfortable with frequent travel, including overnight travel when required
