AI Engineer for Frontier Models

Vibe-code real engineering tasks using advanced models
Analyze AI outputs against production standards
Document failures to improve coding agents
Red-team models to identify unsafe code and errors
Collaborate with contributors in a flexible, remote setting

Requirements:

Proven experience shipping production code
Strong written communication in English
Open-source contributions are highly valued
Ability to analyze complex coding outputs
No formal degree required; skills matter most
