Senior Advisor Business Process and Transformation

A career as a Senior Advisor, Business Process Management (BPM) and Transformation within the Business Process Performance and Evolution team at National Bank means acting as a subject matter expert in business process management and transformation. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the Bank’s organizational performance by leveraging your expertise in process governance, continuous improvement and organizational transformation.

You will contribute to the evolution of business process management practices across the organization. You will help implement and enhance an integrated management framework designed to improve operational efficiency, harmonize practices across business units and support the adoption of new capabilities such as automation, process mining and artificial intelligence applied to business processes.

Your role

• Define, evolve and promote the Bank-wide business process management governance framework.
• Support the development and sustainability of the enterprise process architecture while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Guide process owners, business partners and leaders in the evolution and optimization of their practices.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise process repository to ensure its quality, consistency and long-term sustainability.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to improve operational performance through process management and transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to the advancement of process mining, automation, performance analysis and process intelligence capabilities.

Your team

As part of the Process Practice team within the Business Process Performance and Evolution Vice-Presidency, you will contribute to the development and advancement of the Bank’s business process management capabilities. The team acts as a strategic partner to business units across the organization, helping evolve practices, improve organizational performance and support transformation initiatives.

You will join a group of specialists who collaborate with multiple teams across the Bank to drive alignment, efficiency and continuous improvement of business processes. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in business process management, process architecture, continuous improvement or organizational transformation.
• Significant experience establishing or evolving business process management governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of process management and modeling standards, including BPMN and APQC.
• Experience advising and supporting management-level and executive stakeholders in transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of process mining, process automation or enterprise architecture is considered an asset.
