Mainframe Production Support Analyst – BFSI
Location: Montreal, QC
About the RoleWe are seeking a Mainframe Production Support Analyst to provide operational support for enterprise financial applications running in IBM mainframe environments.
IMPORTANT NOTE – BFSI EXPERIENCE REQUIREDCandidates must have experience supporting production systems within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Payments, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management organizations.
Candidates without BFSI industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor production applications and batch processing.
- Troubleshoot incidents and service disruptions.
- Support daily operations and production releases.
- Analyze system performance issues.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- 5+ years of Mainframe Support experience.
- Knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
- Experience with incident and problem management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
