Senior Analyst Payments Data Intelligence Role

Advance your career with Payments Canada as a Senior Analyst in Payments Data Intelligence. Lead the design and execution of complex analytics and predictive modeling workflows in a dynamic hybrid work environment. As a Senior Analyst at Payments Canada, you'll wield complete technical autonomy over SQL transformations, Python feature engineering, and GCP pipelines. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of multi-rail payment datasets while facilitating cross-functional collaboration to optimize data readiness and analysis. You must possess a strong curiosity for data and the impact of informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Design complex SQL/Python scripts for multi-rail transaction data
- Maintain automated data validation pipelines and reliability scores
- Prepare multi-rail payment data for modeling work
- Develop analytical pipelines for time-series and volume analysis
- Support model performance evaluation and stress testing
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a quantitative field
- Minimum five years in data analytics or quantitative analysis
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data preparation
- Experience with cloud analytics environments like BigQuery
- Strong problem-solving and self-directed work ethic
