In this role, you'll manage BDO’s Financial Reporting & Insights (FR&I) team, focusing on high-quality accounting services for privately held businesses. You will ensure accurate reporting, prepare and review financial statements, and guide your team on best practices. Your leadership will cultivate strong client relationships and streamline the use of digital tools for enhanced operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting and compilation engagements
- Review working papers and prepare tax returns
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
- Manage timelines, budgets, and client deliverables
- Foster strong client relationships for service improvement
- Must have a CPA designation
- 2-3 years in a managerial role in public accounting
- Strong compilation engagement experience
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Caseware, Sage, and Excel
