Senior Corporate Policy Advisor Position

Shape the future of policing with the Parliamentary Protective Service as a Senior Corporate Policy Advisor. Drive strategic policy leadership and modernization while collaborating with senior leaders in a dynamic environment. The Parliamentary Protective Service is seeking an experienced professional for its Corporate Policy Branch. In this senior role, you will lead complex policy initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operational excellence. Your expertise in policy development and strategic research will guide teams toward informed decision-making across the Service. Key Responsibilities:

Lead development and review of corporate policy frameworks
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on policy alignment
Prepare strategic products for senior leadership presentations
Develop and implement policy rollout strategies
Provide expert policy advice and strengthen stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Significant experience in enterprise-wide policy development
Proven record in strategic research and analysis
Experience leading stakeholder consultations
Ability to present executive decision-support materials
