McGee Motors is a General Motors dealership in its 96th year of serving the automotive public. We are located on the shores of beautiful lake Huron in Goderich, Ontario.

We are seeking a motivated ,dynamic and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and preferences. Your ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly will be essential in building lasting relationships with customers and achieving sales goals.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicles and highlight key features, benefits, and specifications.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including follow-up communication.
• Assist customers with financing options and paperwork as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a dealership environment preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships.
• Basic math skills for calculating payments and financing options.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
