AVP Triangle Digital Strategy

Shape Triangle Digital strategy at Canadian Tire Corporation through digital product leadership, loyalty expertise, and connected customer experiences across Canada.
As AVP, Triangle Digital, you will lead strategy, development, and delivery for customer-facing loyalty experiences. You will translate enterprise priorities into roadmaps, investment choices, and measurable outcomes. This senior leadership role partners across Loyalty, Technology, Canadian Tire Bank, Data and Analytics, and Store Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Triangle Digital team
- Set digital vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Oversee customer-facing products, journeys, and ongoing improvements
- Align partners, dependencies, priorities, and integrated experiences
- Manage portfolio planning, budgeting, risks, and resource allocation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, or related field
- Significant leadership experience in digital product management or loyalty
- Experience leading digital products, portfolios, and teams at scale
- Strategic, commercial, financial, communication, and influence skills
- Experience with enterprise loyalty platforms preferred
