Remote Dayforce Techno-Functional Consultant

Elevate consulting excellence as a Remote Dayforce Techno-Functional Consultant with Brunel. Support major implementations with a focus on Talent Management and Reporting modules. This position is with a leading consulting firm on a long-term Dayforce project. As a hands-on consultant, you will engage in configuration, process alignment, and detailed stakeholder collaboration. Ideal candidates should possess experience in key Dayforce modules including Talent Management, Reporting, Recruiting, and Onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Dayforce modules and translate business requirements
- Develop reports, dashboards, and support analytics solutions
- Optimize business processes and resolve functional gaps
- Support talent management and recruiting workflows
- Facilitate client discussions and documentation of solutions
- Dayforce experience in Reporting, Talent Management, or related fields
- Proven track record in supporting implementations
- Active Reliability Clearance or eligibility to obtain
- Availability during EST business hours
- Strong communication and documentation skills
