Senior CRM Manager, Open Farm Marketing

Join Open Farm as a Senior CRM Manager focused on driving customer loyalty through innovative lifecycle marketing. Leverage your expertise in email and subscription strategies in a hybrid environment. This position empowers you to manage Open Farm’s lifecycle marketing and CRM efforts, aimed at nurturing customer relationships post-acquisition. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing retention and LTV, optimizing our email and SMS outreach, and refining our subscription programs. Your insights will help shape the customer journey from the first purchase onward. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy at Open Farm
Boost retention rates while managing CRM performance metrics
Optimize subscriber engagement via personalized communications
Partner with teams to ensure effective prospect nurture
Report on key CRM KPIs such as retention and churn rates

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Klaviyo
Ability to manage segmentation and personalization effectively
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Background in leading cross-functional teams and projects
