J.P. Morgan Private Equity Associate Position

Enhance your expertise as a Private Equity Fund Administration Associate at J.P. Morgan, focusing on client management and precise financial reporting. This role requires an analytical approach to fund administration. J.P. Morgan's Finance & Business Management organization is looking for an experienced individual in fund administration to support various Private Equity funds. You will maintain meticulous fund records, prepare financial reports, and interact with clients to meet their expectations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with financial controls. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain detailed records for Private Equity funds
• Prepare financial statements and review Net Asset Valuations
• Calculate capital calls and distributions with precision
• Manage quarterly investor reporting and notices
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience in accounting, preferably in a Big 4 firm
• Strong understanding of US GAAP for Investment Funds
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
