File Maintenance Clerk

We are looking for a File Maintenance Clerk who is passionate about food and enjoys working in a fast paced, team environment!

Position: File Clerk (Part-time)

What you’ll do:

- Accurately and efficiently manage all team member files

- Ensure quality customer service standards are met or exceeded

- Receiving termination files from stores

- Sorting and pulling files

- Filing documents

- Organizing previous year-s files and packaging for shipment to storage

- Lifting up to 30 pounds

- Liaison between File Maintenance at store and HR in Support Centre

What we are looking for:

- Proven organizational skills, including categorizing, alphabetizing and filing

- Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail

- Proven interpersonal skills and experience working effectively as a team member with minimal supervision

- Passion to work in the food industry
