KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions virtually
Provide preventive care and chronic disease management
Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
Prescribe medications and initiate referrals
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Educate patients on treatment and preventive care
QUALIFICATIONS
MD with active CPSBC license in good standing
Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care
Comfortable with virtual care delivery
Strong communication and patient care skills
EMR proficiency preferred
