Hardware Engineering Team Director

Manage a talented hardware engineering team as Hardware Engineering Team Director on-site. Lead engineering projects and develop strategic plans focused on efficiency and innovation. As a key leader, you will direct a diverse team of engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation. This role encompasses managing the departmental roadmap, ensuring financial plans align with project goals, and implementing continuous improvements. You will also monitor progress through KPIs, guiding the team in achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the hardware engineering team’s activities
• Formulate and implement strategic departmental plans
• Manage financial operational and capital budgets
• Lead initiatives for continuous process improvements
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality criteria

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
