What you will do 

We’re looking for a Marketing Support Specialist to join our Corporate Team and help bring the CenterLine brand to life across digital, print, video, and internal communications. In this role, you will support the creation of marketing collateral, graphic design assets, and brand messaging while working closely with other marketing team members to strengthen consistency, visibility, and growth across CenterLine products. This position reports to the Marketing Supervisor and is a temporary maternity leave coverage position for 12 months in duration.

 

Key responsibilities

· Create, design, and update content for the CenterLine website in alignment with brand strategy.

· Film, edit, and publish video content that supports training initiatives, product communications, and brand storytelling.

· Design and develop marketing materials, including product literature, brochures, product alerts, PDF forms, and case studies, to support business and brand objectives.

· Develop graphic design assets that strengthen the CenterLine brand, including logos, safety labels, corporate graphics, and special project materials.

· Concept, design, and prepare advertising content and layouts for targeted publications in support of marketing campaigns and brand visibility.

· Coordinate event marketing activities, including pre-event promotion, marketing materials, press releases, advertising, and on-site facilitation.

Research, design, and coordinate branded promotional items that support internal engagement and external brand presence.

· Support operational communications through the development of presentations, signage, maintenance-related materials, and corporate meeting content.

· Support internal and external communications through product announcements, press releases, and message development.

What you need to succeed

· University degree or college diploma in Communications, Web Design and Development, Marketing, or a related field.

· Working knowledge of website design, graphic design, photo editing, and video editing, with hands-on experience in one or more areas considered a strong asset.

· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Microsoft Office, and similar tools used for web, design, and video content creation.

· Strong written and visual communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Wage Range: $45,000-65,000 annually
