In this key position, you will function as an experienced clinical mentor for nursing personnel, delivering essential mentorship and facilitating skill development through practical engagement. Working collaboratively with Nurse Educators, you'll ensure that nursing staff excel in their clinical practices while maintaining high standards in patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide nursing staff in effective patient care practices
• Deliver targeted mentorship and learning opportunities
• Observe and assess clinical practice for enhancement
• Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote confidence and judgment in clinical settings
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse in British Columbia
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience
• Demonstrated mentoring experience
• Leadership training or equivalent necessary
• Confirm legal work eligibility in Canada
