As an RBC Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will engage with clients through inbound calls, identifying their insurance needs effectively. You'll conduct personalized assessments using a range of tools to support your recommendations while enhancing client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored insurance solutions to clients over the phone
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by resolving concerns promptly
• Complete personalized needs assessments to showcase product value
• Understand regulatory risks associated with underwriting policies
• Build and maintain partnerships within the RBC team

Requirements:

• Obtain Quebec Damage Insurance certificate and General Insurance License
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory
• Strong customer service skills and relationship-building ability
• Flexibility to work various shifts Monday–Friday
• Digital literacy with smartphones and laptops
